Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are a small, community-oriented, up-to-date health care facility, who truly cares about their staff and strives to allow you to grow in your career. Our family practice is well-established, providing excellent care to our surrounding communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk reception duties.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting patients, answering phones, collecting co-pays and scheduling appointments Regular communication with providers regarding patient care both verbally and through the EMR Protecting patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal, medical and financial information per HIPAA.

Qualifications:

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Familiarity with medical EMR systems

Pay:

From $19.00 per hour
