Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with office management, clerical duties, and customer support is highly valued. Duties Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk Manage phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and organizing files Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Support office management activities including bookkeeping, calendar management, and general clerical duties Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in touch screen tablets Experience with front desk operations and phone systems Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills Attention to detail with proofreading and data entry accuracy Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with strong time management skills Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is advantageous
