Salary/Hourly Rate $21/hr - $23/hr Position Overview The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling calls, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activity in the office. The ideal Receptionist is proactive, professional, and enjoys maintaining a polished and welcoming atmosphere.

This is a great opportunity for a Receptionist with a customer service mindset and an interest in the media or creative space. The Receptionist will serve as a key point of contact for guests, clients, and employees while supporting daily administrative and office operations. Responsibilities Of The Receptionist Greet all guests, clients, and staff as the first point of contact for the office. Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and accuracy. Manage the front desk inbox, scheduling, and appointment coordination. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and shared meeting spaces. Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, data entry, and supply ordering. Coordinate visitor check-ins, security badges, and meeting logistics. Support office leadership with light calendar management and internal communications. Serve as a go-to resource for general office needs and support requests. Represent the Receptionist team during internal events, tours, and client meetings. Take on special projects and general operations tasks as assigned. Required Experience/Skills For The Receptionist 1-2 years of experience in a Receptionist, front desk, or customer service role. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience/Skills For The Receptionist Previous experience in a creative, media, or client-facing office environment. Familiarity with platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Zoom. Interest in branding, media, or entertainment industries. Experience working at a high-traffic front desk.
