We pride ourselves on professionalism, precision, and a commitment to client service. We are seeking a reliable, lively, and personable bilingual receptionist (English/Spanish) to be the first point of contact at our Woodbridge, NJ office. Position Summary The Bilingual Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients, answering phones, assisting with client intake, and supporting the legal and administrative teams. This role is essential to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with new client intake, including gathering basic information and scheduling consultations
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front office area
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and attorney calendar management
  • Provide administrative support to legal and office staff as needed
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client information Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills and grammar
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
  • Familiarity with real estate transactions and legal terminology is a plus Schedule & Compensation Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch) $15.
00/hour with overtime opportunities 15 days Paid Time Off (combined vacation/sick) Year-End Bonus based on performance 401(k) plan available
