Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist / Front Office Assistant Woodbridge, NJ Position Description The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing incoming calls, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
 Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner  Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate departments  Manage appointment scheduling and maintaining calendars  Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries  Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area  Provide basic information to clients, customers, or guests  Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping  Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed  Ensure security procedures are followed (visitor logs, ID checks, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)  Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Professional appearance and positive attitude  Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling systems)  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 

 Customer-focused mindset  Ability to handle stressful situations calmly  Strong attention to detail  Dependability and punctuality
Work Environment:
 Typically, office-based (corporate, hotel, clinic, or service setting)  May require sitting for long periods  Standard business hours,
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
