Job Description

VIP Staffing is Looking for a Receptionist to fill in for a short term assignment with a great company in Albuquerque, NM This position will be from June 22- June 26th 8:30 am - 5pm , with a 1/2 day of training on June 18th from 1pm-5pm Pay for this position is $15.00 per hour As a Front Desk Receptionist you will:
  • Greet visitors and employees with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Schedule appointments and support internal departments as needed
  • Maintain visitor logs and follow company security procedures
  • Provide general office support and complete special projects as assigned Receptionist candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
  • Six months or more of receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Dependable, professional, and able to work with minimal supervision Don't Wait!
