Job Description
Arenas Valley Animal Clinic, in T or C, is looking for receptionists to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is ambitious and reliable and knows how to work hard. Has excellent communication skills with clients and other employees. We offer a fast-paced, fun, exciting work environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and screen phone calls Help with end-of-day and end-of-month Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources Qualifications Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist Knowledge of Cornerstone, Google, and good with animals is preferred Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner Time management and organizational skills Can handle a VERY fast-paced work environment and can keep calm under pressure We are looking forward to hearing from you.
