AM- Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
• Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
• Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus
• Ability to transcribe notes accurately and efficiently
