Las Vegas, NV Schedule:
Full Time Overview We are seeking a poised and highly professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for a fast-growing and high performing personal injury law firm. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to create a polished client experience from the moment someone walks through the door or calls the office. Bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred due to the diverse client base. This is not a standard front desk position. You will represent a firm that handles complex and high-stake matters and prides itself on delivering an elevated level of service. The ideal candidate understands the importance of discretion, professionalism, and hospitality in a legal environment where clients are often navigating sensitive and stressful situations. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and empathy Manage a high volume multi line phone system with accuracy and composure Coordinate attorney and staff calendars with precision Support client intake processes and ensure seamless handoffs to legal teams Maintain a refined and organized reception environment that reflects the firm's standards Assist with administrative tasks, document handling, and internal communication Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Ideal Background Experience in a law firm, medical office, or professional services environment Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with empathy and clarity High level of organization and attention to detail Professional presence and the ability to remain composed under pressure Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems Bilingual in English and Spanish preferredSimilar jobs in Las Vegas, NV
