Responsible for answering the phones and greeting visitors Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families Professional and positive attitude and appearance Ensure work area is clean and presentable at all times Has excellent communication skills Is detail-oriented and organized Has the ability to multi-task in a busy environment Willing to learn new things Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with utilizing computers Assist with other administrative duties as assigned. We're seeking a dependable team member to join our staff and help provide 24/7 support to our residents. This position is for the
