Job Description

Local employer seeking Office Assistant/Receptionist for immediate hire! Part-time position. Approximately 16-25 hours per week. Must have availability Monday - Friday during the following hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Prior customer service and office experience a plus. Must be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working in an office with dogs/cats. Competitive pay based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist with answering telephones Scheduling of jobs and assigning tasks to service personnel Filling out and sending customer invoices Assisting with scheduling and invoicing of real estate transactions Collection of paperwork and payments from service personnel Receive and sign for deliveries from UPS/FedEx/USPS General office tasks (filing, mailing of invoices/small packages, etc) Take care of office cat
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or Equivalent Tech savvy (must know how to use a computer, Adobe and MS Office) Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test (non-THC)
About Waters Vacuum Truck Service:
Waters is a locally owned and operated hauler of non-hazardous liquid waste from Grease Interceptors, Sand Separators, Storm Drains and Septic Tanks. The core business of Waters is to manage non-hazardous liquid and liquefied materials and to recycle/reuse those materials. Additionally, we provide repair and installation of wastewater systems.
