Weekend Receptionist 1950 Baring Boulevard, Sparks, NV 89434 $15 an hour - Part-time $15 an hour - Part-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Weekend Receptionist to join our team! This vital role ensures smooth front desk operations during weekend hours, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will create a welcoming environment while managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer and direct incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with courtesy and clarity. Manage appointment scheduling, calendar updates, and room bookings using office management tools. Handle data entry tasks such as filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records. Support office operations by assisting with clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents. Utilize computer skills to update databases, prepare correspondence via Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications. Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and organized. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Qualifications Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks. Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Prior personal assistant or office support experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
