Job Description
We are looking for front desk employees at our Cicero Location. Some of the job duties will include: Desk
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds, bring them back to daycare, get them from daycare, bring them to and from grooming.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to stay on task
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to handle a busy lobby
- Lifting bags of food multiple times a day (30lbs)
- Stocking shelves
- Answering phone calls
- Making appointments
- Strong Multitasking Skills
- Cash handling
- Payment processing
- Building Customer Relationships
- Upselling/Knowing about the deals we offer
- Drivers License strongly preferred
- Excellent Customer service
