Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for the club, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule dining reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Sort and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize computer software to create documents, table numbers, buffet signs
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
