Role Description We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Corona, New York. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience while helping maintain efficient daily office operations. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival. Check patients in and out and verify demographic information. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Assist patients with general questions regarding office procedures. Process patient intake forms and maintain accurate records. Collect co-pays and payments as directed. Assist with basic insurance inquiries and direct billing questions to the appropriate team member. Perform clerical duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management. Support the clinical team and contribute to smooth daily office operations. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a patient-focused attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Previous dental, medical, or healthcare front desk experience is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Why Join Us?
