Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clerical/Program Clerk to join our dynamic team! Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help maintain an efficient workplace environment, supporting the Senior Center and providing top-notch service to visitors. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including receiving phone calls and transferring them appropriately. Greet visitors and direct them accordingly with friendly and professional etiquette. Perform data entry tasks using computer literacy skills, including accurate typing, filing, scanning, and copying. Assist in providing and organizing the frozen meal program and the daily lunch program. Attend meetings and trainings as required. Perform a wide variety of duties in support of the senior center programs, including setup and teardown of items for daily classes. Qualifications Proven experience in office settings with clerical or administrative responsibilities. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and email. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma, associate's degree preferred. People skills excellence with strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor. Basic culinary skills. Flexible schedule for staff coverage when required.
