Front Desk Receptionist

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

Duties:

answering phone calls, welcoming patients/clients and directing them to the appropriate personnel locate and verify patient insurance status schedule and manage patient appointments Collect patient personal and financial information to create patient file and account, and constantly update the records to meet up with changes that might occur in patients' life Keep records of revenue by tracking patient financial condition, receiving charges made on patients Respect patient privacy by keeping all information and records collected from patients highly confidential and use them only for official purposes when necessary.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or related healthcare role preferred but NOT required
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong computer skills for maintaining electronic medical records
• Bilingual English and Mandarin
• Accommodate Saturday/Sunday schedule
