Responsibilities Include:
Greeting customers and visitors in a professional manner. Answering and directing phone calls. Checking customers in through our CRM system. Assisting with basic administrative and clerical tasks. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. Providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills. Must be computer savvy and comfortable learning/using CRM systems. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask in a busy environment. Must be flexible with schedule and available to work Saturdays from 9:00 AM 6:00 PM and available on Sundays if needed. Contact Ariana directly at
