Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will ensure smooth office management and a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls efficiently and courteously Maintain accurate appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff and office events Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative operations Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office software to prepare reports and correspondence Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area Provide customer support by answering inquiries, providing information, and assisting with basic troubleshooting when needed Experience Previous office or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience handling multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with office management tasks such as calendar management, data entry, filing, and proofreading Customer service experience that highlights professionalism and effective communication skills Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus but not required Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency! Pay:
$22.83 - $27.49 per hour
