Job Description

Babe with a Blade is the destination for Advanced Microblading and Beauty services. Located in the heart of Hewlett, we are dedicated to providing premium semi
  • permanent makeup services in a luxury boutique.
We care about our clients health & safety and we take pride in providing a comfortable and memorable experience for all of our clientele. Ideal candidate should be passionate about the Beauty Industry, excellent communicator, strong at sales, Friendly, and clean appearance. Personal Assistant experience is a plus!
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating clients needs and offering recommendations for treatments and services
  • Cashier experience a plus
  • Maintain office policies and procedure
  • Organize email
  • File paperwork
  • Corresponding with clients via telephone and email
  • Create Promotion material is a plus!
  • Take detailed client history and note any medical or health conditions
  • Clean spa, maintain office
  • Prep clients for services (training provided)
  • Manage office work and responsible
  • Handle inventory Minimum of 1 year as a Receptionist or Assistant required.
