Part Time Veterinary Receptionist*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE*

Overview We are a busy, fast-paced small animal hospital seeking an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our close knit team. This role requires someone who can confidently manage a high-volume front desk while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and excellent client communication. This is a part time position with the potential to grow into full time for the right candidate. Duties Greet clients warmly, efficiently check-in and check-out pets, and manage appointment scheduling to optimize clinic flow Handle medical collections accurately, including processing payments. Manage multi-line phones and schedule appointments appropriately Maintain accurate medical records using a cloud-based system (Pulse experience is a plus) Communicate effectively with doctors and technical staff regarding patient flow and scheduling Provide clear, professional client communication both in person and over the phone Maintain a clean, organized reception area and assist with light cleaning tasks Skills Minimum 1-2 years of veterinary receptionist experience required Strong understanding of veterinary scheduling, terminology, and workflow Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Comfortable handling difficult situations and client concerns We are looking for a candidate who can step into the role with minimal training and contribute immediately to a well-functioning team.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
