Job Description
Overview An upscale Japanese cuisine is seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Staff member for Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. He or she could be working 25-30 hours per week. Responsibilities Greet customer with warmth and professionalism, providing exceptional customer support at all times. Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, take orders accurately. Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming. Requirements Proven experience in front desk duties and work in restaurant background. Strong communication skills with phone etiquette expertise; bilingual abilities are a plus
