We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, positive, and interested in growing within the construction industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Greet visitors, clients, and vendors at the front desk Handle general administrative and office support tasks Maintain organized files, documents, and office records Assist with scheduling, data entry, and email communication Support day-to-day office operations and team coordination Help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment Qualifications Must be punctual and dependable Strong computer skills and comfort using office software Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Interest in the construction industry preferred Ability to commute easily to Jamaica, NY required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Stable full-time schedule Friendly, family-oriented work environment Opportunity to gain experience in the construction industry
