PM Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities:
The receptionist is responsible for a variety of clerical duties and other related or miscellaneous tasks to ensure quality care to our client/staff.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to make quality, independent decisions Ability to listen to others Demonstrated written communication skills Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Demonstrated time management and priority-setting skills required. Ability to drive multiple projects to completion Excellent organizational skills to assist with hiring of caregivers. Therefore files need to be organized, the calendar needs to be updated daily for call outs, interviews, and assessments for the management staff to perform. Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities required. Possesses familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Competency in the use of a variety of computer hardware and software systems such as faxing, printing, scanning, google drive, excel, and varioud other online platforms. Professionally answering phone calls and answering questions when received. Helping to schedule client assessment and ensuring creation of new client folders Working with the clients and insurance companies to ensure coverage for services provided Providing administrative support by scanning and filing client documents thereby The perfect fit would be someone with previous Home Care experience and receptionist experience.
