Key Responsibilities Scheduling:

Proactively manage the daily calendar to eliminate gaps and ensure maximum provider productivity.

Treatment Coordination:

Confidently present treatment plans to patients/parents, arriving at a financial agreement.

Financial Management:

Collect co-pays and balances at the time of service.

Insurance Navigation:

Help handle pre-authorizations and verify insurance benefits to ensure patients have clear financial expectations.

Patient Engagement:

Confirm appointments via phone/text and manage the recall system to keep our chairs full.

Pediatric Growth:

Assist in welcoming new families as we scale our pediatric services. What We're Looking For The \"Smile\"

Dentrix Proficiency:

Experience with Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend is highly preferred.
