Education:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) Tasks Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments. Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries. Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided. Schedule and facilitate vendor service appointments and deliveries. Maintain and order office supplies. Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Maintains security and telecommunications systems by following procedures. File and maintain records. Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public. Process and prepare memos, correspondence, or other documents. Transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile machine. Coordinate with Office Manager & building on facilities related items.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
