Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help facilitate appointments, manage client communications, and support the overall efficiency of our veterinary practice. Duties Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently Handle medical collections accurately, including processing payments Maintain detailed records of client communications using veterinary terminology Communicate effectively with veterinary staff regarding patient needs, critical care needs, medication requests or special instructions Manage phone inquiries, follow-up calls, and client education on pet care and veterinary procedures Requirements Prior experience in veterinary reception or related customer service roles preferred but not required; training provided Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Ability to demonstrate compassion for animals and their owners while maintaining professionalism Basic computer proficiency for record keeping and appointment scheduling The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work in a fast paced environment and a passion for exceeding client expectations We are here to serve our clients and patients Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 8:00 pm. Availability for closing shifts is required.

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.50 per hour
