PE Firm Onsite:

Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:30pm

Compensation:

$115K-$135K based on experience + fully covered benefits Our client, a well-established PE firm, seeks a warm and energetic professional to serve as the face of its fast-paced NYC office.

Duties to include:

Greeting clients and guests and managing all front desk interactions Owning new hire onboarding to ensure seamless new hire experiences Coordinating client arrivals, meeting logistics, and refreshments Maintaining and managing conference room schedules and office calendars Promptly managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries Overseeing office presentation, ensuring immaculate and well-stocked common areas Coordinating office vendors, deliveries, and building management communications Provide administrative, expense and project support, as needed Must posses strong communication skills, high attention to detail and discretion, and comfort in Microsoft Office Suite.
