This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in office management Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional front desk environment. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and handling inquiries with excellent phone etiquette. Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and for document creation, proofreading, and correspondence. Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing administrative tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Requirements Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and customer service best practices. Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
