Point Person:
Answering calls, listening to voicemails and taking down messages. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail. Ensure estheticians are informed of all relevant communications and updated throughout the day.
Scheduling appointments:
maintain and update the appointment calendar to facilitate a smooth transition for client's and estheticians.
Greet clients:
check clients in when they arrive for their appointments. Offer them beverages and make sure they are comfortable before their treatment. Ensure they review and sign consent forms when needed.
Check Clients Out:
ensure clients are charged correctly when ringing them for services or products.
Be Informative:
answer questions regarding products, treatments and spa services.
Maintain Medical Prescriptions:
write, email and submit prescriptions to pharmacies.
Maintain Client Charts:
keep record of intake, daily regimen and client treatment plans in one file and in an organized manner.
Manage Inventory:
keep track of all products in the clinic as well as in our storage unit. Manage all office supplies and submit orders when needed.
Cleaning & Sanitation:
clean treatment rooms after each client leaves and prepare it for the next appointment. Make sure treatment supplies, equipment's and products are restocked. Swwep, mop and wipe down counters throughout the day to ensure the entire client stays clean and sanitized throughout the day.
Ship Client Orders:
oversee client order request and ensure the orders are fulfilled and packed for delivery. Qualifications Positive/Professional attitude and appearance. Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar. Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite and Boulevard is a plus. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent organizational skills. Great customer service attitude.
High school degree:
additional certification in office management is a plus.

From $17.00 per hour
