Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator - Skincare Studio (Manhattan) Skin Secret New York, NY Job Details Part-time $22 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Customer relationship building Phone communication Payment processing Greeting customers English Attention to detail Full Job Description We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our busy skincare studio in Manhattan. This role involves greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering calls and messages, processing payments, and helping create a welcoming experience for every client.
Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and checking them in/out Managing appointments and schedules Answering phone calls, texts, and emails Processing payments and handling front desk tasks Keeping the reception area organized and professional Assisting with day-to-day studio operations
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred Availability for evenings and/or weekends Fluent in English We are looking for someone professional, positive, and passionate about beauty, skincare, and client experience.
Pay:
$22.00 per hour
