Monday to Thursday (In-Office) Atlantic Group is hiring a Receptionist & Office Coordinator (Temporary) in New York, NY for our client, supporting front desk operations, office administration, and workplace coordination within a professional corporate environment. This temporary role will help maintain efficient office operations while delivering a professional and welcoming experience for visitors and employees. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced office setting. Responsibilities as the
Receptionist & Office Coordinator:
Front Desk Management:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and employees while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Phone & Email Support:
Answer and direct incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with general office communications.
Office Administration:
Support day-to-day administrative functions including mail distribution, office supply management, filing, and document organization.
Meeting & Visitor Coordination:
Assist with conference room scheduling, visitor registration, meeting setup, and hospitality support.
Workplace Operations:
Help maintain office organization, coordinate with vendors as needed, and support general workplace initiatives.
Administrative Support:
Provide additional clerical and operational support to team members and leadership as needed. Qualifications for the
Receptionist & Office Coordinator:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
1+ years of receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and general office technology is required.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication skills, professionalism, customer service abilities, organizational skills, attention to detail and reliability are required.
