In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our spa, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your energetic approach will help create a serene yet lively environment where clients feel valued from the moment they walk through the door. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious wellness team, supporting guests with professionalism and warmth while managing administrative tasks efficiently. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and possess excellent organizational skills, this is your chance to shine in a role that combines hospitality, office management, and customer support. •Ability to earn commission through retail and specialty treatment sales as well as gratuity from guests Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression of the spa experience Manage multi-line phone systems to handle appointment bookings, inquiries, and client follow-ups with professionalism and courtesy Schedule appointments accurately using computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, maintaining an organized calendar, Book4Time Assist with office management tasks including filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining client records Support administrative functions like office supplies, spa supplies and skin care retail inventory Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, offering information about treatments, and managing client feedback Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while adhering to phone etiquette standards and ensuring efficient communication flow Thrive in a sales environment upgrading treatments and engaging in skin care retail recommendations Understand and desire to be in a 5 star, 5 diamond, Forbes rated, luxury hotel and spa environment You take luxury extremely seriously and are very articulate and elevated Humble; able to jump in and assist as needed, as spa, pool and gym attendant A yearning and desire to grow in your role and career Experience Previous office or administrative experience in a customer service environment preferred; experience in wellness or spa settings is a plus Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced luxury environment Demonstrated experience with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and maintaining accurate records with attention to detail Join us at Spa de La Mer where your enthusiasm meets professionalism!
