The candidate must provide and maintain a superior level of client service standards and create a welcoming and relaxing environment.

Responsibilities:

Properly open and close spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures. Answer the phone promptly and use the client's name throughout the phone conversation. Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation. Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments. Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities. As the Selling Advisor , you are a salesperson who provides outstanding customer service, excels in developing long-lasting client relationships and succeeds at increasing sales volume for the Spa. Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area. Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when inventory is low. Communicate effectively with all service providers, guests, managers, and fellow employees.

The ideal candidate would have:

Starting Salary - $23 per hour and sales commission 1+ years of hospitality experience (i.e. restaurant, retail, hotel, salon/spa, etc.) with a proven track record of superior customer service Must love hospitality and interacting with customers Strong understanding of retail operations, policies and procedures Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment Must be a forward-thinking problem solver with a strong work ethic who has compassion for employees and clients Passion for beauty, skincare, learning and trying new things every day!
