Job Description

We are seeking an Exam Proctor with administrative capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual and possess the ability to manage people in line for our service effectively, troubleshoot basic computer issues, type at least 40-45 words per minute, and work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate should possess exceptional administrative skills. As an Exam Proctor, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of computer-based tests for various exam vendors. You will be expected to handle scheduling, calls, check in/out test candidates, and monitor for any suspicious activities. Requirements for the job candidate include: Must have experience handling 7+ different computer test vendor platforms, with a fast typing speed of 45+ words per minute and a good memory of exam URLs, IDs, and passwords. Must have the ability to learn quickly, follow steps demonstrated, and learn independently using test manuals provided. Must be able to pass all the test vendors' proctor exams to become a certified proctor within 1-2 weeks. Must be able to work independently without supervision. Must be able to work on the weekends if it is needed. Must be able to handle phone and email inquiries accurately during work hours. Must have good work ethics and engage fully in job-related tasks, even during downtimes. Must be reliable and punctual.
Other Requirements:
A High School Diploma or above is required. A minimum of one year of customer service-related experience is required, preferably in education, retail, or administrative support. Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word. Must have good communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be comfortable with answering phone calls and writing emails.
