Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to assist with daily administrative and customer service tasks. Responsibilities include answering phones, packing daily orders, entering delivery information into Google Docs, and assisting walk‑in customers with their bagel and bialy orders.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls Print and organize daily online orders Pack daily customer and wholesale orders Assist walk‑in customers with purchases Enter daily deliveries into Google Docs Maintain accuracy with counting and order details

Requirements:

Ability to work quickly and stay focused Microsoft Office proficiency Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Reliable and punctual Prior food production or warehouse experience is helpful but not required Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively

Schedule:
