Bilingual Receptionist Stevens 112 Ford - Medford, NY Stevens 112 Ford, a family-owned and rapidly growing dealership, is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. We're looking for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish , organized , task-oriented , and comfortable in a fast-paced office environment. This position plays a key role in keeping our sales department running smoothly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls Greet and assist customers and visitors Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling Support both sales and service departments with day-to-day operations Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and presentable

Requirements:

Bilingual - English and Spanish (required) Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong customer service and communication skills Proficient in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Reliable, professional, and punctual
