Job Description

Overview We are looking for a highly motivated, high-volume phone caller to generate and qualify leads in the finance space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on dialing, handling objections, and getting business owners interested in funding opportunities. You will be responsible for outbound calls to small-to-mid sized businesses, identifying funding needs, and passing qualified deals to closers. Responsibilities Make 200-400+ outbound calls daily Compensation Structure Commission-based pay + Salary Earn a percentage of revenue (points) on every funded deal you generate High performers can scale earnings significantly based on volume and deal quality
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
