• At Spotlight Bounce N Party Rentals, we specialize in creating unforgettable experiences for a wide range of events, including birthdays, weddings, corporate gatherings, and more. As we gear up for our busy season, we need motivated individuals who can help us deliver joy and excitement to our customers! ###

• Position Overview:

• In this key role, you will provide exceptional customer service mainly over the phone. You will assist customers with reservations, answer questions, manage contracts, register transactions, and handle order adjustments. Call customers to coordinate and schedule delivers and pick ups. Create quotes from emails and phone calls. Follow up on phone calls and open quotes. ###

• Essential Functions:

• Prepare rental forms and contracts, obtaining necessary signatures and customer information.
• Use rental software to create and manage quotes and reservations.
• Process credit card payments and deposits using our rental software.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process orders, providing exceptional customer service throughout.
• Recommend rental equipment that best fits customer needs, explaining rental fees and damage waiver options.
• Assist in other areas as required for smooth business operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Previous experience in events, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license

• Commitment:

• Must be available for most weekends, which is when the majority of our events occur.

• Friendly, professional, and able to engage with clients to create a fantastic atmosphere. ###

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Capability to read, interpret documents, and follow detailed written instructions.
• Proficient in basic math calculations.
• Clear communication in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. ###

• Training and Experience:

• One to two years of related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in computer use, with a strong understanding of MS Office, Outlook, and order processing systems.
• Self-motivated and a quick learner, able to adapt to new challenges.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. ###
