The Role As the Spa Receptionist, you are the operational backbone and front-facing engine of our premium wellness environment. You own the reception floor during your designated shifts—directly managing the flow of the lobby, mastering our booking mechanics, and transforming the arrival and departure experience into a seamless luxury ritual.

The Appointment Architect:
Masterfully manage spa reservations and schedule treatments, utilizing a deep knowledge of our menu to guide guests toward services that perfectly match their wellness goals. The Voice of the
Spa:
Command incoming communications with clarity and polish, managing phone inquiries and providing detailed, knowledgeable information regarding treatments, amenities, and availability.
The Atmosphere Guardian:
Take personal ownership of the reception ecosystem, maintaining a meticulously clean, beautifully organized, and serene environment that reflects Curio Collection standards.
The Guest Experience Champion:
Proactively anticipate guest needs, capture preferences to elevate future visits, and ensure every guest feels uniquely valued, pampered, and cared for.
The Closing Specialist:
Execute disciplined end-of-day operational routines, including deep cleaning, product restocking, detailed organization, and securing the facility to ensure a flawless transition for the upcoming week of operations.
