Receptionist

Adelphi Owners in Saratoga Springs, NY, is seeking a vibrant Receptionist to join our team. At our luxury condominiums, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences in a warm and welcoming environment. As the first point of contact for our residents, in this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, mail, and packages, and assisting the residents with any inquiries they may have. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and professionalism will contribute to our commitment to excellence. Compensation:

$23 per hour

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and efficiently Maintain a neat and organized reception area Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars Utilize basic computer skills to input and retrieve guest information
