Job Description

Job Summary A professional and dependable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant is needed to support daily office operations in an onsite business services environment in Scotia, NY. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for customers, visitors, vendors, and internal teams while keeping the front office organized and running smoothly. This role offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, competitive hourly compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.   • Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate contacts.
  • Provide prompt customer service and support for general inquiries, scheduling needs, and office requests.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data, records, files, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate appointments, process incoming and outgoing mail, and support delivery handling.
  • Assist management and internal teams with general administrative and operational tasks as needed. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $18 to $22 per hour.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Location:
    Scotia, NY 12302.
  • Workplace type: Onsite.
  • Transportation note: No bus lines available.
