Service Receptionist

Kia of West Nyack is currently seeking a Service Receptionist to work with our service department at our West Nyack, NY dealership. Job Responsibilities:

Greet and communicate with new and existing customers Create a positive atmosphere and act as the first point of contact for people entering the service department Field phone calls and email correspondence, relaying information to the correct departments and assisting in a timely manner Answer general questions or inquiries as needed Maintain open and transparent communication with team members and management Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Prior automotive experience preferred. Basic PC knowledge Strong communication and time management skills Customer satisfaction-oriented High school degree
