Lead Front Desk Associate

We're looking for a polished, dependable front desk coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, personable, and thrives in a client-focused, fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Part-time Weekend availability is required (Saturday & Sunday) Additional weekday shifts may be available

What You'll Do:

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage bookings and schedule adjustments
• Handle phone calls, texts, and client inquiries
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Support daily operations and keep the front area clean and organized
• Educate clients on services and recommend retail products when appropriate

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Tech-friendly (booking systems, POS, texting clients)
• Prior spa/salon or front desk experience preferred (not required)
• Naturally confident recommending products and services
