Full Job Description Receptionist Rate:
$16/hour
Shift:
Part Time, 22.5 hours/week, Evenings Harris Hill Nursing Facility is looking to add a Receptionist to its team. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, helping create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. If you enjoy working with people and take pride in providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and provide information as appropriate Schedule appointments, manage visitor logs, and coordinate communication with staff Maintain resident records, administrative files, and other office documentation Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and general office support Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
