Night Shift Receptionist Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Canal Pointe - 3.4 Akron, OH Job Details Part-time 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Electronic health records (EHR) management Computer literacy High school diploma or GED Medical records Computer skills Full Job Description Night Shift Receptionist - Part Time Job Summary We are seeking a Night Shift Receptionist to join our team at Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Canal Pointe in Akron, OH. This is a part-time position 7pm-7am every other weekend and 11pm-8am for days scheduled during the week. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and staff members while ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the facility. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients, families, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment Answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient files, billing information, and incident reports Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow Provide support with scheduling, admissions, and discharges as needed Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required 0-1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) Week hours are 11PM-8AM and Weekend Shifts are 7PM-7AM What We Offer Opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and supportive environment A chance to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and families A collaborative and inclusive work culture that values teamwork and respect How to Apply If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
