This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries and routing calls with professionalism and courtesy. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages. Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times. Collect payment from service, parts and sales customers. Enter payments into our accounting system (Reynolds and Reynolds). Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person. Support administrative tasks for various departments or professionals within the organization as needed. Experience Previous office or administrative experience is required; experience in reception or front desk roles is highly preferred. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette are critical for success in this role. Knowledge of office management procedures including bookkeeping or basic financial record-keeping is advantageous.
