Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Process all ARs/IRs Address Resident concerns Enter in work orders for maintenance Greet/assist walk-ins and answer phones Necessary skills for this position include: Able to function in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with strong ability to multi-task Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
