Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Secretary/Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, providing administrative support across the organization. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, managing front-desk activities, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various clerical duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain the front desk and reception area in a tidy and presentable condition Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff and meeting rooms Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary Draft, format, and print relevant documents and correspondence Manage filing systems, both electronic and paper-based Handle basic bookkeeping tasks or coordinate with accounting personnel Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed Ensure compliance with office policies and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Proven work experience as a receptionist, secretary, or similar administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 40 Hours per week Monday through Friday. Starting at $12 per Hour A valid driver's license is highly desirable
