• 20 Hours Per Week (Flexibility to Assume Additional Hours as Required) Ibold & O'Brien, a long-standing full-service Chardon law firm, is currently seeking qualified applicants interested in a part-time/job share employment opportunity.

We are seeking a friendly, highly organized, and reliable professional to join our team. Prior experience as an office receptionist or a similar customer facing role preferred. This unique role requires a high level of coordination and collaboration with a job-sharing partner to ensure seamless front-desk coverage. Primary responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors, managing a multi-line phone system, handling client inquiries, processing mail, working with Microsoft Office programs, and assisting with basic clerical tasks.

Hours:

Monday and Tuesday

• 8:30 AM
• 5:00 PM Wednesday
• 8:30 AM until Noon (Hours may occasionally vary in coordination with job share partner.

) Excellent professional communication skill s, dependability , and the ability to multi-ta sk (" think on your feet ") are all key to this role. Hourly Rate Commensurate with Experience.
